Upon investigation, the MPHS school is NOT ours, rather Mountain Pointe HS in Ahwatukee, AZ. This post showed up Sunday and we are just getting word this morning. Local AZ. law enforcement were and are working on this posting. Unfortunately we share the same letters as Mountain Pointe High School.

UPDATE - 6:34 AM: This morning, school and district administration met with school staff. The safety of students is our top priority and staff has been reminded to be extra vigilant. School will run on a normal schedule, and Marysville Pilchuck will have extra police and staff presence as students arrive and throughout the day. If you choose to keep your child home today, please make sure to call the attendance line at 360-965-2001. Absences will be excused.
Safety Notification, 4:10 PM: On Tuesday, September 25, at approximately 2:30 p.m., school administration became aware of a handwritten message on a bathroom wall at Marysville Pilchuck High School. The message stated that there would be a shooting on Thursday. We take all information of this nature seriously and our staff immediately put a safety plan in motion. We notified the Marysville Police Department and out of an abundance of caution we felt it important to notify our families. We continue to work with law enforcement in our decision-making process and plan to operate school on a normal schedule tomorrow. Parents and students will be notified of any changes. A power outage at Marysville Pilchuck High School and our surrounding neighborhoods occurred this morning from about 7:50-8:20 am. Power is now restored and school is operating on a normal schedule. PUD is investigating the cause of the outage.

CHROMEBOOKS MUST BE TURNED IN ASAP!
Friday, June 15th is the LAST day to turn in Chromebooks, cords, etc. at MPHS. After June 15th they must be turned in at the Marysville School District at 4220-80th St NE (M-F, 8-4:30 pm) by June 19th or a $50 non-refundable fee will be accessed.
All outstanding Chromebooks will be shut off at the District level on June 19th. Chromebooks are not available for purchase.
SUMMER SCHOOL - Students in Summer School or Tulalip Heritage School cannot keep their Chromebooks, these programs will provide other computers.
Free School Supplies! If you receive Free or Reduced lunch, you are eligible to receive free school supplies. You can pick up a form in the main office or counseling office or download here. http://5il.co/3n4x
