The Denny Juvenile Justice Center and Marysville School District are presenting the Community Truancy Board (CTB) training tomorrow, Tuesday, September 26 from 3-7 p.m. in the Board Room.
They'll be discussing the Becca Law, WARNS, Motivational Interviewing, How to conduct a CTB, cultrual humility and trauma-informed approaches for schools.
The training is intended for school personnel, community partners and agencies, volunteers and anyone who wants to get involved in youth lives in Snohomish County.
Attendees will be able to participate in Community Truancy boards after completion of the training.
