Last month, Cascade Elementary students received a special visit from Katherine Pryor, Author of Sylvia's Spinach and Zora's Zucchini! Ms. Pryor encouraged students to try new vegetables and visit their local famers market! Each student also came away with a new book. Thank you to the Washington State Farmers Market Association, Artist Trust and of course, Ms. Pryor for making this happen!
