
On Thursday, May 10 #MSD25 juniors and seniors will have an opportunity to explore a variety of training, education and employment opportunities available through the Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, and National Guard during Military Careers Day at Marysville Pilchuck High School!


#MSD25 Career and Technical Education middle and high school students will join industry professionals for the 2018 Trade Up and Touch a Truck event on April 26! Students identified in specific courses that directly tie to the represented industries will learn job-ready employability skills, make vital employment connections, and get up close and personal with exciting machinery and equipment! The class, put on by the Marysville Together Coalition, is designed to help parents and families enhance child management behaviors, and parent-child bonding. AVID, Advancement Via Individual Determination, is a kindergarten through postsecondary college readiness system designed to increase the number of students who enroll and succeed in higher education and in their lives beyond high school. The AVID elective class, which is offered at all of our middle and high schools, is intended to benefit those students who have the desire and potential to attend college but need additional academic and social supports. If you are interested in finding out more about AVID, we are having an Informational Night for parents and students TONIGHT, April 17 at 6 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Office.
