The Early Learning Center Otters are making a splash at Marysville Pilchuck High School as the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program expands early learning services!
Under the direction of Jennifer Cassarino, Early Learning Center (ELC) Principal, and ECEAP (Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program) staff the preschool program expanded from Developmental Preschool and ECEAP classrooms at the ELC to three full-day ECEAP classrooms at a newly renovated location on the Marysville Pilchuck High School campus.
