Marysville Middle School

MMS is proud to recognize Jude Robertson, Jeovanni Nguyen, and Jonathan Barraza-Reyes who had the honor of participating in the MPMEA Honor Band. 
Jonathan played the tuba, Jeovanni played the trombone, and Jude played the clarinet. Jude was also one of only two students out of 16 middle schools to play a solo. Way to Go Wildcats!

The MPMEA Honor Band is a regional band comprising roughly 12 surrounding school districts. The selected students receive music at a demanding level that they practice until the concert. It's a tremendous honor to be chosen to be in the band and is a source of pride for many young people. After they work in this high-level team, band members will serve their bands for the remainder of the school year as inspired leaders who will likely continue their music education into high school.
