COMPETITIVE MARCHING BAND
The
Marysville-Pilchuck Competitive
Marching Band is an Extra-Curricular group that rehearses from August
to
November to perform at home varsity football and to compete at Marching
Band
Field Show Competitions. It is open to all students with prior
instrumental
music experience. Using the modern corps-style of marching; the
Marysville-Pilchuck Marching Band will enter local marching
competitions in the
fall and parades in the fall.
PEP BAND
The Marysville-Pilchuck Pep Band
is an Extra-Curricular group that rehearses from November to February
and
performs at home varsity basketball games. It is open to all students
with
prior instrumental music experience.
PARADE MARCHING BAND
The Marysville-Pilchuck Parade
Marching Band is an Extra-Curricular group that rehearses from April to
June
and performs in Parades throughout the Northwest. It is open to all
students
with prior instrumental music experience.
The Marching Tomahawks are the PRIDE of
Marysville. Throughout our history this group has received numerous
awards and acolades:

- 3rd place - Prelims @ Tumwater Marching Band
Competition
- 4th place - Finals @ Tumwater Marching Band
Competition
- 8th place - Prelims @ Puget Sound Festival of
Bands Competition out of 15 bands
