Evaluation Due Dates

  • MEA – Annual evaluation & conference must be completed 2-weeks prior to the end of the school year *In no event shall the final evaluation summary be completed and a copy provided to the teacher later than the end of the first full school week in June.
  • SEIU 10 – completed and the original sent to HR no later than the Last Day of School
  • PSE – completed and the original sent to HR no later than June 30th
  • MAA – Completed by June 30th and original sent to HR
  • SEIU 12 – completed and the original sent to HR no later than August 31st
  • Exempt – completed before August 31th and original sent to HR

CERTIFICATED EVALUATION TIMELINES AND FORMS

NEW Certificated Teacher Evaluation Cycle:

  • Years 1-4 are Comprehensive / Long
  • Years 5-8 are Focused / Short (subject to the evaluators’ discretion)

Subsequent Years Evaluation Cycle:

  • 1 year Comprehensive /Long
  • 4 years Focused / Short Repeat
