The Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP), located at the Early Learning Center (ELC), is currently enrolling for Fall. ECEAP is a free preschool program for eligible families with children ages 3 and 4. The ELC is also home to the Marysville School District’s Developmental Preschool Program.

Family eligibility for ECEAP is determined based on a number of factors including the child’s age and family income level.  Families experiencing homelessness and children in foster or kinship care are given additional priority.

The Program is proceeding with enrollment for Fall, even though we don’t yet know what the opening of school will look like, but we are enrolling students and offering family support coaching, teacher check-ins, resources, educational programs, and activities as well as online family support groups and informational classes to help ready your child for school.

To find out if your family is eligible for ECEAP, or for any other questions, please call the Early Learning Center at 360-965-0225. Please feel free to share this information with friends or other family members who may have a child who is eligible for the program.

If you have or may know of a family with a preschool-age child who may have developmental delays or other needs, contact or refer them to the District’s Special Services office at (360) 965-0170.
