Dear Families, Staff, and Community Members,

As a reminder, Monday kicks off Spring Break (April 6 - 10). We know this Spring Break looks different as we may not be doing some of the typical activities that we would normally do during the break. I hope you are able to take some time for meaningful activities together with your families while following the Governor’s “Stay Home - Stay Healthy” directive.

Our educators will be taking time off during the break but will resume distance learning (online) and outreach to students on April 13. Learning resources, information and links for Preschool, Elementary, Secondary, and Special Education are posted on our district website that includes tools to help our students and families get connected to learning. Go to: http://www.msd25.org/o/district/page/covid-19-learning-resource-page

Remember, during Spring Break meals will continue to be provided at all neighborhood meal locations (https://bit.ly/MSDMealService). In addition, we will conduct our third Chromebook deployment on Monday, April 6, 2020. See information below:

3rd Opportunity for Drive-Up Chromebook Checkout

What: Drive-Up Chromebook Check Out

When: Monday, April 6, 1:00 - 4:00 PM

Where: Marysville Pilchuck High School - 5611 108th Street NE (entrance to the drive-up deployment will be off of 108th Street at the east driveway of the campus, also known as Tomahawk Turnpike).

The entrance to the drive-up deployment will be off of 108th Street at the east driveway of the campus, also known as Tomahawk Turnpike. Staff will be on hand to provide directions and instructions for both Chromebook checkout and school supplies and hygiene kits.

What do we need to bring for the Chromebook?

You will need your child’s name, school, grade level and student ID number if you know it, which is also their lunch number and password when you add a leading zero. This will help us verify your child is enrolled in one of our schools, so we can check the device out directly to the student.

Please continue to stay safe and take care.

Sincerely,

Jason Thompson
Superintendent
