In basketball he was named captain, most improved, coaches’ award and most inspirational, along being All-Wesco honorable mention. He’s received the WIAA Academic Student Athlete Award for three years. Kalab’s been an ASB ambassador and officer, along with sophomore class representative. A National Honor Society member, he’s also been Math Student of the Year.

As to how he wants to be remembered in high school, he said that, “I was there for people.”

For community service, three years she has been part of the Lil Tommie Cheer Camp. She also has volunteered for three years with the Big Buddy program at Kellogg Marsh Elementary.
